Our Mission

  • To help people pursue a right relationship with God and others.

A right relationship with God not only affects your eternal standing with Him, but it also changes every relationship you have right now – with spouses, children, friends, and neighbors.

Our Vision

  • To be a community that honors God in who we are and how we live.

The church is not a building or a service time but a group of fully committed followers of Jesus. It is our desire to see individual believers transformed into fully devoted followers of Jesus who live to make Him known, and serve Him with their lives.

How we get these done…

We Gather

Create weekly gatherings, both large and small, that help move people closer to Jesus whether they have been in church all their life or are hearing His name for the first time.

We Help

Help people identify who they are and how they were meant to serve.

We Encourage

Encourage people to live in right relationship with family, friends, and neighbors.

We Partner

Partner with local and global partners to serve our world and make Jesus known.

5 things we value

We are not about religion, but developing a real and honest relationship with God. Simply put, what God wants is not sacrifices and rituals, He wants you. He wants your heart and devotion.
5 things we value

Northeast is a family that accepts, cares, encourages, and prays for one another. The goal is to help one another grow. This works when we are real with each other. You can’t fake it with family. We want you to experience this kind of authentic community.
5 things we value

We value constant growth and maturity. Pursuing a right relationship with God is an endless journey regardless of how long you have been a follower of Jesus. Your movement must always be toward righteousness, which means becoming more and more right in God’s eyes.
5 things we value

We believe that each of us is distinctive in design and purpose. We embrace our differences and desire everyone to find their unique wiring and serve in their strength. We know this is God’s way of helping the church function at its best -- each unique part living out its unique purpose. We want you to be confident about how you are made and experience the joy of serving right where you belong.
5 things we value

We believe that life is not about “us”, but being like Jesus, who made himself a servant. Each of us is here to serve Jesus and serve others. So, instead of embracing material things or working to make ourselves famous, we embrace Jesus as our ultimate treasure and are willing to surrender what we have (time and treasure) to serve others and make Him known…are you with us?

The Bible

We believe the Bible is inspired by God and that His Spirit directed men to write His words, therefore, we believe that it contains no errors.

2 Timothy 3:15-17; 1 Thes. 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21

We believe that there is only one God who exists in three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Deut. 6:4; Isaiah 43:10-11; Matt. 28:19; Luke 3:22

Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary, that he is both God and man, that he never sinned and that he performed miracles. Jesus died, was buried and rose from the dead so that sins can be forgiven. Jesus is now with the Father in heaven but will some day return to earth in power and glory.

John 1:1; Phil. 2:5-6; Luke 1:26-38; Heb. 7:26; Acts 2:22; 1 Cor. 15:3; Matt. 28:6; Acts 1:9-11

The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells every Christian and that He provides the power for living a life that pleases God. The Holy Spirit guides the believer to what is true and strengthens him to resist what is not from God. The Holy Spirit gives every believer spiritual gifts for the building up of the church. We are filled by the Holy Spirit when we yield to God’s authority in our life and ask Him to fill us

Romans 12:1-2; 1 Thes. 5:23; Heb. 13:12; Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4,8; 1 Cor. 12:1-13; Eph. 5:18

About Mankind

We believe that all people are created in the image of God to have fellowship with Him but became alienated in the relationship through sin, rebelling against God’s will. Therefore, a person is incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through his or her own effort alone.

Gen. 1:27; Gen 3; Romans 3:21-26; Romans 6:23

We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Therefore, only those who place their faith in Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross will be saved. When a person believes in Jesus and is baptized through immersion in water – the Holy Spirit then gives that person a brand new life – he or she is born anew.

Luke 24:47; John 3:3; Romans 10:13-15; Eph. 2:8; Gal. 4:6; Romans 6:3-11

About the Christian Life

We believe that all Christians should live for Christ and not for themselves. By obeying God’s commands as found in the Bible and by yielding daily to the Spirit of God, every believer should mature and be conformed to the likeness of Jesus Christ.

Phil. 1:20-26; John 14:23-24; Romans 12:1-3

We believe that those who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ will live eternally with God in heaven, and that those who have not placed their faith in Jesus will live eternally separated from God in hell.

Matt. 25:46; Mark 9:43-48; Rev. 19:20; 20:1-15; 21:8

The Church

We believe that the church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The members of the church are those who have placed their faith in Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving Him and by making Him known to a lost world.

Eph. 1:22-23; Col. 1:18; Matt. 28:18-20
